What does every test include?
Collection materials, prepaid return, partner lab analysis, your digital baseline, and reduction guidance.
What does the test measure?
Candidate microplastic particles in saliva, using staining and microscopy analysis. It does not measure phthalates, BPA, or PFAS.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. PlasticTox is for personal exposure awareness and education and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Why buy more than one test?
Extra tests let you compare against your baseline after you change your routines.
When will I get results?
Lab results are ready within 72 hours after your sample is received and accepted. Delivery and return transit are separate.
Can I return an unused kit?
An unopened, unused kit can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the full return and refund policy. Opened materials and lab services already in process are generally not returnable.
What if there's a problem with my kit or sample?
Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect kits have a documented review process. If a sample can't be processed, we review it and may send a replacement kit or another reasonable remedy.
